Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 1, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Budgie, a product of XR Utilities LLC ("XR Utilities", "we", "us"), handles information when you use it. Budgie is non-custodial and is built to collect only what it needs to work.

1. Information we collect

  • Sign-in details. If you sign in with Google, we receive your email and basic profile from the sign-in provider. If you sign in with a wallet, we receive your public wallet address.
  • Wallet address and on-chain activity. Your public wallet address and the transactions the agent makes on your behalf. On-chain data is public and permanent by nature.
  • Usage. The messages you send an agent, the actions it takes, purchases, and basic metering used to run allowances and improve reliability.
  • Contact details you provide. For example an email address for notifications.
  • Technical data. Basic device and browser information and a coarse, non-reversible reference derived from your network address, used for security and rate limiting.

We do not collect or store your card details (a third-party processor handles card payments) or your wallet's private key (Budgie is non-custodial; we never see it).

2. How we use information

To provide Budgie, run the agent within your limits, produce receipts, provide support, keep the service secure, prevent abuse and fraud, and comply with the law.

3. AI processing

To answer you and carry out a task, your messages are processed by our AI model provider (Anthropic). Send only what you are comfortable sharing to complete the task.

4. Who we share with

We share information with service providers as needed to run Budgie: the sign-in provider (Auth0 / Google), the card-to-crypto onramp providers you choose (for example Coinbase, Stripe, MoonPay), the gift-card supplier that fulfills a purchase (for example Bitrefill), our AI model provider (Anthropic), and the H-Series backend services that record grants and receipts. Each handles data under its own policy. We may also disclose information where required by law.

5. On-chain data

Transactions, wallet addresses, and receipts anchored on a public blockchain are public and permanent. We cannot edit or delete on-chain records.

6. Cookies and sessions

We use cookies and similar storage to keep you signed in and to run the app. Blocking them may break sign-in or other features.

7. Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide Budgie and to meet legal, security, and record-keeping needs, then delete or de-identify it. On-chain records remain public regardless.

8. Your choices

You can ask us to access or delete the account data we hold about you, and you can opt out of notification emails. Reach us at the address below. Some data may be retained where the law requires, and on-chain records cannot be removed.

9. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information, but no system is perfectly secure. Because Budgie is non-custodial, protecting your wallet and its key is your responsibility.

10. Children

Budgie is not for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

11. Changes

We may update this Policy; material changes will be posted here with a new date. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
